怎样写好英文自我介绍
一、一个好的题目。一篇文章重要的一部分就是题目，而英文自我介绍更是如此。我们可以通过形象的比喻，避免一些过于平凡的题目。
例句：My Self-portrait/One’s Self-portrait。（…的自画像）。
二、开头。用简短的两句话带过。要有新意，主要为文章总起。可以体现以下内容：问候、姓名、年龄……
※三、必要的信息。如年龄、身高、住所……，必要的信息体现在文中有助于读者可以更直观地了解一个人。但也不要把信息过于集中地放在文章某一段，有疏有密，秩序地排放必要信息会让文章显得有条理性、明了。此段要重点写。

6、 另纸签证的概念。如何办理新加波另纸签证。
答：所谓另纸签证，是指代表使领馆的签证标示，或称准许入境盖得章。不显示的护照上，而是在另一张有新加坡移民局专用的签证纸上（仅限于旅游团签证）。
程序：（1）有组团社将游客详细无误的有关资料（姓名、性别、出生年月、出生地护照签发地和签发时间）列一个表格，先传到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社为每人填写一张新加坡移民局的签证申请表，并加盖地方接待社的公章后，将申请表格及担保书（含担保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一张以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26个字母顺序排列的正式签证表，打上准入境的签证标示或准入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的机场窗口。4）待旅游团抵达后，由领队出示护照及团队名单后即可领取新加坡移民局签发的一张全团签证。（新加坡签证的有效期21天，在14天内可多次入境）。
7、 中国出入境的操作流程及各环节注意事项。
答：1）、领队应告诉客人遵守中国边检及海关规定，不得携带违禁品、管制品入境，也不得携带未经检疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名单表》上的客人，需按《名单表》上的顺序排对，依次到边检审检护照，领队将《名单表》交边检官审验盖章。3)、未上《名单表》的.客人，自行持护照过关。4）、必要时填写入境检疫申明卡。
8、 外国地区出入境操作流程及各环节注意事项。
1） 到达旅游站或目的地后，办理有关入境手续，通常称为“过三关”即卫生检疫、证照查验，海关检查2）入境卡及申报单的表卡应事先填妥3）带团出机场时，从入境边检开始，接着取行李至海关检查，按顺序办理4）领队如先于团员通过移民关卡，应回头照顾团员，并请已过关的团员协助接取行李5）待全数入境后，经检查行李件数无误。海关要求检查时，请物主立刻开箱受检，同时告诫团员切勿离队。6）当海关检查完毕即出关与当地接待人员联络，并将行李交其负责，然后带团员等车清点人数。
9、 四核对的内容及方法
答：1）护照和机票核对，包括中英文姓名、前往国家。2）机票和行程的核对，包括国际段和国内段行程、日期、航班、间隔时间等。3）护照与名单表的核对，各项一一对应，核对好实际出境旅游的人数与《团队名单表》一致。4）护照内容核对，包括正文页与出境卡项目一致，出境卡两项是否有黄卡，是否与去前往国相符，签证的有效期、签证水印及签字等
10、 游客在国外丢失了护照，领队应如何处理？
1）首先，由当地的导游协助到地方接待社开具护照遗失证明，然后持当地接待社的遗失证明尽快地到就近警察局报案，取得警察机构开具的具有法律效力的报案证明2）持当地警察机构的报案证明和遗失者照片及旅行团的护照资料（即团队名单表）到中国驻在国的使领馆办理新的护照（或者临时通行证）3）持取得的新护照或临时通行证及有关资料到所在国的移民局办理签证。办理上述手续的费用完全由旅游者自理。
11、领队在境外安排住宿时应掌握哪里工作要点？
1） 尽快办理房间登记手续，记住每位团员的房间号，分房间钥匙。了解饭店的内部设施（如电梯、餐厅、邮筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告诉团员。2）分钥匙前宣布领队、导游房号以及房间电话号码，告诉集合时间和叫早、早餐、出发时间。3）进房间后，对国内重点客人应亲自巡视或者电话询问房间情况，协助解决有关问题，如有无饮用热水，洁具等。
4）如有行李，应检查行李是否已送到客人的房间。
14、办理行李托运时，领队应告诉客人什么？
答：一等票价客票40公斤，公务票价客票30公斤，经济客票20公斤。按成人票价的10%付费的婴儿无免费行李额。超重行李费率以每公斤按经济舱票的票价的1.5%计算。
15、在境外旅游时，托运的行李如果丢了领队应该z怎么办？
答：在境外旅游时，托运行李遗失（下飞机后在行李认领处————行李传送带上找不到自己托运的行李）的现象时有发生。这因由旅游者所乘飞机的航空公司负责。遇到托运行李丢失，应立即到机场失物登记处办理行李丢失和认领手续。在领队的协助下，主动出示机票和行李托运收据，详细说明始发站、中专站、行李件数及丢失行李的尺寸、颜色、形状、标志等特征（不需要讲清行李内的物品），并一一填写在失物登记表上。在一般情况下，机场失物登记表处的有关人员根据失主所填的失物登记表，会马上打开电脑查询，而且，立即通知失主行李现在何处，并致歉意，然后在下一班飞机抵达后或者更晚一些时间将行李送到旅游者下榻的宾馆。如果是终点站，也可送到失主的家中。如经过查找确认丢失，各国航空公司按自己的规定（根据行李的尺寸或行李的重量）予以赔偿。请注意，从不按行李内的物品的价值予以赔偿。这是国家惯例。
14、领队安全意识主要体现在哪个方面？
答：证件安全，钱物安全，交通安全，饮食安全，住宿安全，观光安全，购物安全和人身安全。
15、境外如何预防交通事故的发生。
(1) 每一位出境旅客都要树立“严格遵守旅游目的地国家或地区的交通规则”的潜意识，这一交通安全意识是“乘兴而去，顺利而归”的重要保障之一。
(2) 全世界大多数国家和地区均遵守右侧通行的规则，但在中国香港、澳门地区和日本、英国以及东南亚等一些国家是左侧通行，与中国内地右侧通行恰恰相反。所以，旅游者必须在短时间内改变习惯，穿越马路时先向右看。
(3) 境外车速较快，公路安全靠所设计的许多交通标志指挥车辆完全运行。如自己开车，更要事先充分了解当地的交通标志与交通法规以及与中国之间的差异。
(4) 为了尽可能地避免在旅游过程中发生交通事故，旅游者可通知领队或地陪或直接提醒司机不为赶时间而开快车，不酒后开车，更不要在途中允许司机与朋友交谈。如发生上述现象，可通过地陪致电交通管理部门，要求撤换司机。

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only.
